The 3rd Nordic Executive Dialogue took place at IMD in Lausanne, bringing together a full house of senior leaders for an evening dedicated to leadership, long‑term value creation, and Nordic collaboration. The event was organised by the Danish‑Swiss Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Nordic Chambers in Switzerland, with strong participation from the Estonian Chamber of Commerce in Switzerland.

A highlight of the evening was the keynote by Jørgen Vig Knudstorp, Chair of IMD’s Supervisory and Foundation Boards and former CEO of the LEGO Group, who shared authentic insights on leadership and strategic resilience in times of geopolitical uncertainty. The discussion was expertly moderated by David Bach, President of IMD, whose guidance helped shape a thoughtful and engaging dialogue. The gathering once again demonstrated the value of Nordic cooperation in Switzerland, offering participants a platform for meaningful exchange and new connections.
